If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost once the original item has been approved for return.• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
