Warranty Period

We provide a 12-month warranty on all Cubik facets and clips, commencing from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

Under normal use, we will replace product components such as cubiks, clips, and end caps that are found to have defects in materials or workmanship.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:

- Improper installation, assembly, or handling

- Accidents, misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product

- Exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or UV radiation

- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or fading

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within the warranty period.

2. Provide proof of purchase, photos of the defective item, and a brief description of the issue.

3. Once your claim is approved, we will ship replacement parts (Cubiks, clips, or end caps) at no cost. If repair is required, we will provide instructions or arrange a service.

Processing Time

Warranty claims are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt of all required information. Replacement parts will be dispatched promptly, with delivery times depending on your location.
