Role description
We are looking for a proven Business Development Manager with experience in the EXPO / Event industry, preferably in exhibition stand or pavilion construction.
Your mission
Build and grow a client portfolio in the exhibition and event sector.
Establish long-term relationships with agencies, exhibition contractors, and corporate clients.
Drive sales cycles from first contact to closing.
Represent Cubik.One as a unique, disruptive player in the industry.
Qualifications
Strong track record in business development within EXPO / Events.
Existing network among exhibition contractors, agencies, or B2B clients.
Experience selling exhibition stands, pavilion construction, or related services/products.
Fluent English (Dutch and/or German a plus).
Entrepreneurial mindset, goal-driven, and self-motivated.
Location&Compensation
Remote (EU-based), preference for Germany, UK, Netherlands, Czech Republic, or Austria.
Compensation: €5-6K base salary + performance-based bonuses.
The hiring process includes a short, paid pilot project (2-4 weeks) before full (or part-time) employment.
