We sell to companies and sole traders, and our contracts do not carry a right of withdrawal. Products that conform to the contract are not taken back, except by our written agreement: standard Products, unused and in unopened original boxes, may be returned within 14 days of that agreement against a credit note less a restocking charge, with return transport at your cost. Custom and configured Products are not taken back.
If a Product arrives damaged or does not conform to the offer, write to [email protected] within 7 days of receipt with photographs and the invoice number — see our Warranty. At the end of their use we accept our Products back for reuse or recycling; conditions are agreed case by case.
