This commercial warranty is offered by Cubik.One for original Cubik.One products purchased directly from us or from our authorized partners. It applies alongside, and does not replace, any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your country (including the EU/EEA/UK two-year legal guarantee for consumer goods).

1) Who and what this warranty covers

• Covered products: genuine Cubik.One components — facets, clips, end caps — and assemblies made from these components.
• Eligible buyer: the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.
• Normal use: assembly and use according to Cubik.One instructions and intended purposes (modular structures, furnishing, displays, etc., including outdoor use when properly assembled and secured).

2) Warranty period

• 24 months from the date of delivery.

3) Our commitment (defects in materials or workmanship)
If, under normal use, a Cubik.One component is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will, at our option:

• repair the defective part, or
• replace it with a new original Cubik.One part (color/finish may vary due to production batches), or
• provide an equivalent part if the original is discontinued.

Refunds are not provided under this warranty unless required by applicable law.

 

4) What is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect assembly/installation, use of non-Cubik parts, or failure to follow our guidance (including required anchors/weights for outdoor setups and load limits).
• Misuse, abuse, or neglect (impacts, crushing, overloading, dragging on abrasive surfaces, vandalism).
• Accidents or external events (wind gusts, storms, flooding, fire, power surges to lighting/added devices, etc.).
• Exposure beyond reasonable conditions: prolonged or extreme temperatures, harsh chemicals/solvents, pressure washing at close range, or intense UV leading to color shift or surface changes.
• Normal wear and tear: minor scratches, scuffs, cosmetic fading, discoloration, or surface marks that do not affect function.
• Third-party products used with Cubik.One (add-ons, lighting, coatings, cleaners) and any modifications or repairs not authorized by Cubik.One.
• Transit damage occurring after delivery to you (including re-shipping), improper storage, or damage from inadequate packaging during return.
• Commercial or rental use that exceeds our published specifications.

Note: Color/finish variation between batches is normal for polymer products and is not a defect.

 

5) Your responsibilities

• Inspect on delivery. Please check products promptly. In many countries, including the EU/EEA/UK, a fault discovered within the first 6 months is presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise by the seller.
• Keep proof of purchase and any labels/lot codes.
• Use as intended and follow assembly and safety guidance, especially outdoors (secure/anchor as required).

 

6) How to make a warranty claim

1. Contact us: [email protected] (subject: “Warranty claim”) within the warranty period.
2. Provide: order number, purchase date, photos/videos, a short description of the issue, and where/how the item was used (indoor/outdoor).
3. Verification: we may request additional information or ask you to return the defective part for inspection.
4. Resolution: once approved, we will repair or replace the defective part as described in Section 3.

 

Shipping & costs for approved claims

• We cover reasonable standard shipping of replacement parts to the original delivery country/region.
• If a return is required, we will issue a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return costs once the defect is confirmed.
• Expedited shipping or special handling (if requested by you) is at your cost.

 

Typical timing

• We aim to review complete claims within 5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and carrier performance.

 

7) Limits of our liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Cubik.One’s sole obligation under this warranty is the repair or replacement of defective Cubik.One parts.
• Cubik.One is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential losses, including labor/installation costs, loss of use, lost revenue, event penalties, or third-party charges.
• Nothing in this warranty limits rights that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., statutory consumer rights).

 

8) Where statutory rights apply

This warranty operates in addition to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law (for example, the two-year legal guarantee for consumer goods in the EU/EEA/UK regarding lack of conformity). If local law grants you broader protection, that protection prevails.
