Where we ship
We ship across Europe and to most countries worldwide, subject to service availability and local restrictions.
Processing & dispatch
Standard orders dispatch within 1–3 business days.
For large orders, processing and dispatch times are confirmed individually.
Transit times
Within Europe: up to 7 business days.
Outside Europe: timing depends on route and carrier.
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout by weight/volume and destination. For oversized or very heavy orders where an automatic rate is unavailable, we will contact you to confirm options before shipping.
Tracking
A dispatch email with tracking details is provided for each shipment. Carriers may contact you to arrange delivery where required.
Duties & taxes
Prices on our website are shown without VAT.
• Within the EU: VAT, where applicable, is calculated at checkout based on destination and customer status.
• Outside the EU (including the UK): import duties, taxes and fees are always payable by the recipient to the carrier/customs on delivery. We do not collect or remit these charges outside the EU.
Damage & shortages
Please check your shipment on receipt.
• Visible damage: note it with the carrier and notify us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
• Concealed damage or shortages: notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. After review, we will arrange replacements for missing or damaged components.
Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed, re-delivery or pickup may be arranged by the carrier. Storage and re-delivery fees may apply per the carrier’s terms.
Split shipments
In exceptional cases, we may ship your order in multiple parcels or pallets. Tracking will be provided for each.
Notes
Delivery to islands and remote or hard-to-access locations may take longer.
