How the System Works

Each Cubik is a 22.5 cm cube weighing 0.6–1.2 kg, depending on the panel mix. Six panels snap together without tools. Clips join the cubes into office divider walls of almost any length and height.
For seated workstations, we recommend walls 135 cm high. A typical enclosure measures 180 × 180 cm outside and 135 × 157.5 cm inside. Two people can assemble it in about half a working day. You can then dismantle and rebuild it without drilling or leaving marks.

An Office Divider Wall with Built-in Storage

Each cube has six panels, which can include open frames. Turn a frame toward the desk to create a shelf compartment measuring 17 × 17 cm and 20 cm deep. A workstation can have up to forty compartments for folders, headphones, a headset, and personal items, providing storage without a separate cabinet. The 22.5 cm-wide top edge can support a plant pot, equipment, or a box of documents. Where you prefer a closed surface, replace an open frame with a solid panel. You can remove and refit panels at any time.

Materials, Strength and Recycling

The cube withstands 1.5 tonnes: heavy objects sit on the top edge, and an accidental chair hit does not mark the wall.

Black Cubiks are made from recycled polypropylene. An order made entirely in black costs 10% less, regardless of its purpose or installation site. The whole order must be black. We accept used products for recycling so the material can return to production instead of going to landfill.

Your workstation arrives flat-packed with everything needed for assembly. The figures below describe one W-shaped booth with three walls and 130 Cubiks, measuring 1.35 × 1.575 × 1.35 m inside.

No drilling, gluing, or fixing to the floor, walls, or ceiling is needed. Move, dismantle, or reconfigure the booth as your space changes.

Configuration

Recommended wall height

This height screens a seated person while keeping the room open. Taller walls can also screen a standing person and make the space feel more enclosed.

Fire classification. EN 13501-1 applies to interior finishing materials and building elements, not furniture, so it does not apply to the cabin itself.

FAQ

Will I be able to hear my neighbor?

Yes. Cubik partitions provide visual separation. They do not soundproof the workstation.

Is the structure stable?

Three walls joined at the corners make the booth self-supporting. Each cube can withstand up to 1.5 tonnes, allowing heavy items to be placed on the top edge.

Can I add more workstations later?

Yes. Add more Cubiks to extend the modular walls and create additional workstations. You can build onto the existing booth without dismantling what you have already assembled.

What about the floor? Will it leave marks?

No. The booth stands on the floor without drilling or gluing.

How many people are needed for assembly?

One person is enough. With two people, one workstation can be assembled in half a working day.

What colors are available?

Gray, white, black, green, and beige are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Black Cubiks are made from recycled polypropylene. Orders made entirely in black receive a 10% discount.

Can I see it in person?

Message us for additional photos and videos. If needed, we can arrange the purchase of a sample unit.

What if it doesn’t work for me?

You can dismantle the booth and store it flat, move it to another room, or rebuild it in a different layout. At the end of its service life, you can return the product to us for recycling. We accept it as raw material without buying it back, so the plastic can return to production instead of going to landfill.
