In seguito, calcoleremo il numero di cubiks, prepareremo un'offerta commerciale per il noleggio e vi aiuteremo a organizzare il vostro stand.

Il noleggio di cubiks Cubik.one è la soluzione per le aziende e le agenzie che vogliono spendere il loro budget per mostre ed eventi in modo flessibile e oculato.

Come funziona il noleggio dei cubiks, passo dopo passo

Diverse modalità di richiesta - un unico semplice processo.

Fase 1. Richiesta di noleggio

È possibile effettuare una richiesta in diversi modi:

  • Attraverso il catalogo: selezionare gli oggetti già pronti nella sezione "Esposizioni", aggiungerli al carrello e fare clic sul pulsante "Calcola noleggio".
  • Attraverso il 3D Builder: create il vostro stand, salvate il progetto nel vostro account personale, inseritelo nel carrello e da lì inviate una richiesta di calcolo del noleggio.
  • Tramite una richiesta di progetto: compilate il modulo di feedback con una descrizione dello stand, della superficie, del budget di noleggio e dei requisiti (mobili, scaffali, zone, ecc.) in modo che possiamo preparare un progetto personalizzato per voi.

Fase 2. Calcolo dell'affitto e della logistica

Noi:

  • analizziamo i progetti selezionati o il vostro file dall'editor;
  • determiniamo il numero esatto di cubiks e di accessori;
  • calcoliamo il costo del noleggio in base alle vostre condizioni;
  • discutiamo con voi le opzioni di consegna e, se possibile, vi offriamo un costo approssimativo di consegna. Potete calcolare e organizzare voi stessi la consegna o accettare la nostra offerta.

Dopo aver concordato i termini, vi fattureremo il noleggio e la logistica concordata.

Fase 3. Imballaggio, consegna e montaggio

Assembliamo e imballiamo il vostro ordine. I cubiks vengono spediti all'indirizzo da voi indicato o preparati per il ritiro.

Il montaggio dello stand avviene secondo le nostre istruzioni. Se lo desiderate, potete invitare un nostro specialista a supervisionare e assistere il montaggio: si tratta di un servizio aggiuntivo a pagamento a una tariffa fissa e conveniente.

Fase 4. Evento, smontaggio e restituzione

Dopo l'evento:

  • smontate lo stand e imballate i cubiks nella loro confezione originale;
  • ci rispedite il set.

Per impostazione predefinita, il kit viene controllato presso il nostro magazzino.

Se richiedete l'assistenza di un nostro specialista durante lo smontaggio, il kit e le condizioni dei cubiks possono essere controllati direttamente presso lo stand durante lo smontaggio.

Costo del noleggio e principali termini e condizioni

Abbiamo collegato il costo del noleggio al prezzo di vendita del set di cubik per rendere il calcolo trasparente e comprensibile.

  • Costo base del noleggio:
    20% del prezzo al dettaglio del set cubik per un periodo di noleggio fino a 10 giorni di calendario (installazione, evento stesso, smontaggio).
  • Noleggio a lungo termine (fino a 1 mese):
    Per ogni giorno di calendario oltre i 10 giorni si aggiunge lo 0,5% del prezzo al dettaglio del set.
  • Ordine minimo:
    Noleggio di 100 cubi o più.
  • Noleggio a breve termine:
    Anche se il periodo di utilizzo effettivo è inferiore a 10 giorni, il periodo minimo pagabile è di 10 giorni. L'usura principale dei cubiks si verifica durante il montaggio e lo smontaggio, pertanto i noleggi a breve termine sono calcolati in base al periodo di base.
  • Termini più lunghi (più di 1 mese):
    Se siete interessati a noleggiare per un periodo superiore a un mese di calendario, inviateci una richiesta di calcolo individuale.
  • Opzione di acquisto:
    Se, dopo il noleggio, decidete di tenere i cubiks, il costo del noleggio già pagato verrà accreditato per l'intero costo del set.

Consegna, montaggio e responsabilità

Noi siamo responsabili della qualità dei cubiks e della completezza dell'ordine, mentre voi siete responsabili dell'uso accurato e della restituzione tempestiva.

  • Consegna:
    I cubiks vengono spediti dal nostro magazzino. La consegna da e per il magazzino è a carico del noleggiatore. È possibile il ritiro su accordo.
  • Montaggio e smontaggio:
    Il vostro team monta e smonta lo stand secondo le nostre istruzioni. Se lo desiderate, potete richiedere la partecipazione di un nostro specialista al montaggio e/o allo smontaggio dello stand.
  • Condizioni di restituzione:
    I cubiks devono essere restituiti intatti e puliti. Gli articoli danneggiati o smarriti vengono pagati separatamente alle tariffe indicate in anticipo nel contratto di noleggio.
  • Sicurezza strutturale:
    Forniamo raccomandazioni sull'altezza massima e sui carichi, nonché sul fissaggio di elementi aggiuntivi (schermi, scaffali, banner) per garantire che la struttura sia stabile e sicura.

When is renting more advantageous than buying?

If you participate in exhibitions irregularly, want to test the cubik stand format, or plan different designs from event to event, renting allows you to get all the functionality of system stands without investing in the purchase and storage of structures.

How is the rental cost calculated and what does 20% of the retail price mean?

We calculate the retail price of the set of cubiks required for your stand.
- For rentals of up to 10 days, you pay 20% of this amount.
- If you need a longer period (up to one month), 0.5% of the retail price of the set is added for each day over 10.
Even if you use the stand for less than 10 days, the minimum payment period is 10 days: the main wear and tear on the cubiks occurs during assembly and disassembly, not while they are on site.

Can I keep the cubiks longer or buy them after renting them?

Yes.
- You can extend the rental by paying an additional 0.5% of the retail price of the set for each day over 10.
- If you realise that you need the cubiks on a permanent basis, you can choose not to return the set and proceed with the purchase. In this case, we will credit the already paid rental period towards the full cost of the cubiks.

Is it possible to "buy in instalments through rental"?

In some cases, we can offer a "rent-to-own" scheme: you first rent the cubiks, make sure you are satisfied with their quality and convenience, and then proceed to purchase the set. The rental payment is counted as part of the purchase price. The terms of this scheme are discussed individually.

Is it difficult to assemble a stand from cubiks and how long does it take?

The stand is assembled without tools; the connections are made by hand.
On average, you can expect to spend 2-3 minutes per cubik per person. For example, a stand consisting of 150 cubiks can be assembled by a team of two people in a few hours. We provide detailed diagrams and can assist with consultations or by having a specialist present on site.

Who handles delivery and how much does it cost?

Delivery to and from the site is paid for by the renter. We pack the set and hand it over to the transport company or your carrier. We indicate the approximate volume and weight of the order in the commercial offer so that you can calculate the logistics. Pickup from the warehouse is possible by agreement.

What happens if the cubiks are damaged or lost?

Upon return, we check the completeness and condition of the cubiks.
Damaged or lost items are paid for at pre-agreed rates. If our specialist is present during dismantling, the kit can be checked directly at the stand.

Can we brand the cubiks with our brand?

Yes. You can use film with your logo, hanging panels, banners and other solutions. We will advise you on the best way to attach your branding materials so that the structure remains neat and stable.

How do I take the first step and request a rental?

Choose the appropriate option:
- assemble the stand in the 3D Builder, add it to your cart and send it from the cart for a rental quote;
- select ready-made objects from the catalogue and also send a request from the cart;
- fill out the request form for a custom design project.
