Rental of cubiks for exhibitions and events

Cubik.one offers three scenarios: you can rent ready-made objects from the catalogue, adapt existing projects to your dimensions, or create a stand from scratch in the online 3D Builder. After that, we will calculate the number of cubiks, prepare a commercial offer for rent, and help you organise your stand.

Who is cubiks rental suitable for?

Renting Cubik.one cubiks is the solution for companies and agencies that want to spend their budget on exhibitions and events flexibly and wisely.

  • Companies that participate in exhibitions 1–3 times a year and do not want to invest in purchasing and storing their own stand.
  • Brands for which it is important to have a new stand design for each specific event.
  • Event agencies that need a universal constructor for different client projects.
  • Organisers of presentations, forums, conferences, and pop-up events.

If you want to try out a new stand format without making a large investment, renting cubiks is a safe and controlled way to do so.

How cubiks rental works, step by step

Different ways to request — one simple process.

Step 1. Rental request

You can make a request in several ways:

  • Through the catalogue: select ready-made objects in the "Exhibitions" section, add them to your cart and click the "Calculate rental" button.
  • Through the 3D Builder: create your own stand, save the project in your personal account, place it in your cart and send a request for a rental calculation from there.
  • Through a design project request: fill out the feedback form with a description of the stand, area, rental budget and requirements (furniture, shelves, zones, etc.) so that we can prepare an individual project for you.

Step 2. Calculating rent and logistics

We:

  • analyse the selected designs or your file from the editor;
  • determine the exact number of cubiks and accessories;
  • calculate the rental cost based on your terms;
  • discuss delivery options with you and, if possible, offer an approximate cost of delivery to you. You can calculate and arrange return delivery yourself or agree to our offer.

After agreeing on the terms, we will invoice you for the rental and agreed logistics.

Step 3. Bundling, delivery and assembly

We assemble and package your order. The cubiks are sent to the address you specify or prepared for pickup.

You assemble the stand according to our instructions. If you wish, you can invite our specialist to supervise and assist with the assembly — this is an additional paid service at an affordable fixed rate.

Step 4. Event, dismantling and return

After the event:

  • you dismantle the stand and pack the cubiks into their original packaging;
  • you send the set back to us.

By default, the kit is checked at our warehouse.

If you request the assistance of our specialist during dismantling, the kit and the condition of the cubiks can be checked directly at the stand during dismantling.

Rental cost and main terms and conditions

We have linked the rental cost to the retail price of the cubik set to make the calculation transparent and understandable.

  • Basic rental cost:
    20% of the retail price of the cubik set for a rental period of up to 10 calendar days (installation, event itself, dismantling).
  • Longer-term rental (up to 1 month):
    For each calendar day over 10 days, 0.5% of the retail price of the set is added.
  • Minimum order:
    Rental of 100 cubiks or more.
  • Short-term rentals:
    Even if the actual period of use is less than 10 days, the minimum payable period is 10 days. The main wear and tear on the cubiks occurs during assembly and disassembly, so short-term rentals are calculated based on the basic period.
  • Longer terms (more than 1 month):
    If you are interested in renting for a period exceeding one calendar month, please send us a request for an individual calculation.
  • Purchase option:
    If, after renting, you decide to keep the cubiks, the rental cost already paid will be credited towards the full cost of the set.

Delivery, assembly and responsibility

We are responsible for the quality of the cubiks and the completeness of the order, and you are responsible for careful use and timely return.

  • Delivery:
    Cubiks are shipped from our warehouse. Delivery to and from the warehouse is paid for by the renter. Pickup by agreement is possible.
  • Assembly and disassembly:
    Your team assembles and disassembles the stand according to our instructions. If desired, you can order the participation of our specialist in the assembly and/or disassembly of the stand.
  • Condition upon return:
    The cubiks must be returned intact and clean. Damaged or lost items are paid for separately at the rates specified in advance in the rental agreement.
  • Structural safety:
    We provide recommendations on maximum height and loads, as well as on the fastening of additional elements (screens, shelves, banners) to ensure that the structure is stable and safe.

FAQ

When is renting more advantageous than buying?

If you participate in exhibitions irregularly, want to test the cubik stand format, or plan different designs from event to event, renting allows you to get all the functionality of system stands without investing in the purchase and storage of structures.

How is the rental cost calculated and what does 20% of the retail price mean?

We calculate the retail price of the set of cubiks required for your stand.
- For rentals of up to 10 days, you pay 20% of this amount.
- If you need a longer period (up to one month), 0.5% of the retail price of the set is added for each day over 10.
Even if you use the stand for less than 10 days, the minimum payment period is 10 days: the main wear and tear on the cubiks occurs during assembly and disassembly, not while they are on site.

Can I keep the cubiks longer or buy them after renting them?

Yes.
- You can extend the rental by paying an additional 0.5% of the retail price of the set for each day over 10.
- If you realise that you need the cubiks on a permanent basis, you can choose not to return the set and proceed with the purchase. In this case, we will credit the already paid rental period towards the full cost of the cubiks.

Is it possible to "buy in instalments through rental"?

In some cases, we can offer a "rent-to-own" scheme: you first rent the cubiks, make sure you are satisfied with their quality and convenience, and then proceed to purchase the set. The rental payment is counted as part of the purchase price. The terms of this scheme are discussed individually.

Is it difficult to assemble a stand from cubiks and how long does it take?

The stand is assembled without tools; the connections are made by hand.
On average, you can expect to spend 2-3 minutes per cubik per person. For example, a stand consisting of 150 cubiks can be assembled by a team of two people in a few hours. We provide detailed diagrams and can assist with consultations or by having a specialist present on site.

Who handles delivery and how much does it cost?

Delivery to and from the site is paid for by the renter. We pack the set and hand it over to the transport company or your carrier. We indicate the approximate volume and weight of the order in the commercial offer so that you can calculate the logistics. Pickup from the warehouse is possible by agreement.

What happens if the cubiks are damaged or lost?

Upon return, we check the completeness and condition of the cubiks.
Damaged or lost items are paid for at pre-agreed rates. If our specialist is present during dismantling, the kit can be checked directly at the stand.

Can we brand the cubiks with our brand?

Yes. You can use film with your logo, hanging panels, banners and other solutions. We will advise you on the best way to attach your branding materials so that the structure remains neat and stable.

How do I take the first step and request a rental?
